Consultancy for the Development of an Operational Framework for the Ethio–Kenya HDP MAP/BBOLD Platform SCORE, ECC-SDCO, Caritas Marsabit, and Caritas Lodwar invite qualified consulting firms to support the operationalization of the Ethio–Kenya HDP MAP/BBOLD Platform, a cross-border partnership promoting peacebuilding, food security, resilient livelihoods, and sustainable development in the Ethiopia–Kenya border region. The consultant will help establish the platform's governance, operational systems, and strategic frameworks to ensure effective implementation and long-term sustainability based on the TOR attached here with. Required documents: Technical Proposal, Financial Proposal, Reference List, and Preferred Payment Currency. Eligibility: Legally registered firms only.
