  • You request a refund within 7 days of your subscription start date
  • This is your first subscription with Chereta
  • Your account has not been terminated for policy violations

2. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are not available in the following cases:

  • Request made after 7 days from subscription start
  • Repeat refund requests (one refund per customer)
  • Account suspended or terminated for Terms of Service violations
  • Promotional or discounted subscriptions (unless otherwise stated)
